So today out of nowhere Henry began standing up. He's also taken about 4 steps total but that isn't too reliable yet. Here's some footage of him in the standing position after doing this for about 25 min (up and down and up and...). He started to get pretty tired and was even breathing hard.
Yeah he's only wearing a diaper. It was hot today.

too cute!! i think our guys would like playing with each other (i.e. poking each other in the eye). :) we're not standing yet but maybe it will just happen like it did with henry!!
isn't it amazing, the attention span he can have when it's focused on a new skill? I bet it looked like he couldn't stop trying to stand... an unstoppable inner compulsion of some kind. That's awesome. I fully expect to see video of steps being taken in, like, a week or so!
And why do they wait to do that until AFTER you leave the grandparent's house? Greg walked the day after we got home from our gathering. :)
